Complex PTSD Therapy (CPTSD)

I work with adults who experienced childhood trauma and now struggle with or suspect they have complex PTSD (CPTSD). Many of my clients have achieved a lot in life: careers, degrees, relationships but still feel stuck, empty, or unsure why they can’t move forward.

If you’re searching for CPTSD therapy online in the UK or Europe, you’re in the right place. Together, we explore how your early experiences affect your adult life and pinpoint what actually needs to change.

Who I work with

I provide CPTSD therapy for adults (18+) affected by childhood trauma, including:

  • Emotional, physical, or sexual abuse

  • Emotional neglect (CEN)

  • Growing up with a narcissistic, controlling, or abusive parent

  • Feeling unsafe, unloved, or alone

I do not work with:

  • Trauma from military service, war zones, or accidents unrelated to childhood

  • Domestic abuse unrelated to childhood trauma

What if you’ve already tried therapy?

Many clients come to me after trying different approaches: meditation, self help, or even multiple therapists and still feel stuck.

You probably already understand a lot about trauma, flashbacks, and coping strategies. What you need now is clarity on what’s actually keeping you stuck, and practical ways to reconnect with your emotions so you can move forward.

I won’t leave you guessing about what you’re supposed to do. We focus on what’s actually getting in the way and how to change it.

How CPTSD therapy works

In 1:1 online sessions, I help you:

  • Identify patterns in relationships, self-esteem, and emotional responses

  • Deconstruct emotional flashbacks and triggers and manage them

  • Deal with difficult emotions without shutting down

  • Unpick and change unwanted behaviours

Session Details

  • Format: Online via Zoom

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • Cost: £120 per session

  • Frequency: Weekly recommended (minimum twice per month)

  • Who I don’t work with: Active suicidality, domestic abuse, addictions, personality disorders (see details here)

Even if you’ve tried therapy before, my 15+ years of experience help pinpoint exactly where progress stalls and how to move forward effectively.

How to know if we’re a good fit

You’re probably ready to work with me if you:

  • Want guidance on change, not just empathy or listening

  • Are willing to take responsibility for thinking about your issues between sessions

  • Want to see what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward

  • Prefer someone who understands trauma from experience, not just textbooks
