I work with adults who’ve achieved a lot in life careers, degrees, relationships but still feel a sense of emptiness, or feel like they’re missing something. Together, we explore how childhood trauma affects your adult life and identify what actually needs to change (even if everyone else believes your spiel that: “honestly, I’m fine”).
