Online Group Therapy:
‘What now?’
A 3-session introduction to group therapy
‘What Now?’
A 3 session introduction to group therapy
You’ve ticked all the right boxes; the career, the relationships, the achievements.
From the outside, you look like you’re doing just fine.
So why are you still asking yourself, at work, in the shower, even when you’re supposed to be enjoying yourself:
‘Is this it? Why doesn’t it feel like enough?’
You know your past shaped you. You’ve read books, listened to podcasts, blah blah blah, been there, done that.
But the feeling remains: maybe it’s me. Maybe I’m the problem.
What Now is a short, low commitment group (just three sessions) for people who feel ‘fine’ but unsatisfied with their lives.
It’s not about breathwork, tactics, or fixing yourself. It’s about:
- Acceptance – being in a space where you don’t have to perform or solve.
- Belonging – sitting around the metaphorical campfire with others who get it.
- Exploration – noticing what opens up when you stop carrying it all alone.
This is an introduction; a chance to test the waters of group therapy, to see what it’s like, and to decide for yourself whether you want to go deeper.
If you’re done after the 3 sessions and decide it’s not for you, that’s okay. If you realise this is the next step you’ve been looking for, you can progress to the next group.
Maybe you’ve been asking yourself “What now?” for a while.
This group is a way to find out.
👉 3 sessions. Online via Zoom. Starting date: TBC. £195 for 3 sessions (introductory price). Regular price will be £225.

Most of us have had bad experiences in groups: awkward icebreakers, people oversharing, or just feeling like you don’t belong. That doesn’t mean all groups are like that. What Now is different. It’s a small, carefully guided space where people move at their own pace, don’t have to perform, and can actually feel seen and understood. Often, the very people who think they ‘hate groups’ find it’s exactly the kind of connection they didn’t know they were missing.

I want you to come because you want to; because you love it, because you’re curious, or even because you hate it and you’re intrigued about figuring out how to feel more comfortable (because that’s your M.O.). Not because you’re locked into something you can’t get out of. I see you; running marathons, white knuckling books that bore you, binge-watching a whole season of Bridgerton in one weekend. You’re not a quitter, and that’s exactly why this is designed to give you a taste, not a trap.

Looking ‘fine’ on the outside doesn’t always match how you feel inside. This group is for anyone who suspects there’s something quietly unsatisfying beneath the surface. The kind of people who’ve accomplished a lot but still feel like something’s missing. If that’s you, curiosity alone is enough reason to try it.

Yes. Group therapy adds a dimension you don’t get in 1:1 sessions; being around others who understand, who normalise the things you thought only you felt. If something still feels lacking, this space offers perspective, connection, and a chance to notice subtle shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
